Good to know
What is the difference between the plans?
Only the quantities: number of projects, participants, attributes and host licences. In the pilot, the number of analysis runs is also limited to 5. All features, including the AI analyses, are included in every plan.
What is a project?
A project is one survey: you invite participants who complete the QMindset interview, and then receive the evaluation. You can use several projects for different topics, for example, or run them in parallel at different sites.
Who counts as a participant?
Everyone who takes part in a survey and completes the interview. The limit applies per project. In the Business plan, each of the four projects can therefore have up to 600 participants.
What is an attribute?
An attribute is a characteristic by which you want to evaluate the results separately, for example site or department. Its values are the individual groups, for the attribute site, say, Aachen, Düsseldorf, Cologne and Munich.
How is anonymity protected in group evaluations?
A group is only evaluated separately if it contains at least 5 people. This makes it impossible to draw conclusions about individuals. Your company can set this limit higher on request; it cannot be set below 5.
What does a host do?
The host looks after QMindset in your company. They invite the right people, handle the organisation and keep an eye on the process. The system creates the evaluations automatically. Your host gets a dedicated onboarding. After that, they always have a personal contact with us for any questions, plus regular sessions for questions and exchange.
What is an analysis run?
An analysis run is an evaluation for a specific question, for example: does site A differ from site B? You can also combine attributes and, say, compare the managers at site A with those at site B. The pilot includes 5 such runs; all other plans include an unlimited number.
How long does an annual licence run?
Starter, Business and Enterprise have a minimum term of 12 months. If the licence is not cancelled in time, it renews automatically for a further 12 months. The pilot is not a subscription but a one-off project.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You only pay the plan price. Onboarding and individual support are included.
